About Jordan
The problem I solve. Most growth problems aren't channel problems — they're system problems. Teams running campaigns without clear ICPs, launching without measurement frameworks, or scaling spend without understanding what's actually converting. I've spent my career fixing that.
What I bring. My background is a mix of hands-on demand gen and performance marketing, commercial and operational leadership, and the kind of cross-functional work that happens when you're the person in the room accountable for both the plan and the number. I've built growth functions from scratch, inherited and restructured underperforming teams, and operated at the layer where marketing, sales, product, and ops have to actually coordinate — not just agree to coordinate.
How I show up. I tend to be the person who asks “what are we actually measuring?” in the first meeting and “here's the dashboard” by the third. I care about building things that work without me — systems, playbooks, reporting cadences — because that's how you know something is real and not just dependent on one person's heroics.
If you're hiring for a role where the expectation is to build, not just execute — I'd like to talk.
